Everything here is absolutely delicious. All of their baked goods are made with love and care, and it shows! The breads, cakes and pastries are all moist and fresh. The spreads are a can’t miss item as well. Monthly menu changes ensure exciting and fresh options each visit. Love that they also offer religious/regional goods for a huge variety of cultures. Very impressed with everything we’ve tried.nnThe owners support community nonprofits and we are so grateful for their recent donation. Popped in today for lunch, first time customer, Corey was fantastic! He walked me through the menu and the different options for gluten sensitivity. I ordered the Cali Club with chips and it was delicious. I also picked up a pound of the chicken salad which was very yummy. I would highly recommend!

I come to Great Harvest often, their breads are very high quality and it is difficult to find anything similar not only around Milton and Alpharetta, but anywhere outside of a specialty retailer of natural or organic foods. Last week when I was in I was helped by a friendly woman who was very helpful. I have previously rated this location a 4-star due only to slowness of the staff, but my last experience was a 5. I have yet to have anything other than great experiences with the breads they bake and I will certainly continue to come back.

Delicious fresh bread... Amazing sourdough.. Love the sugar cookies.. So buttery and the most fragrant vanilla.. Delightful employees...

Excellent choices. Call ahead to make sure you get what you want (they only offer certain breads on certain days).
