Great organization with customer entrance during this pandemic.
Brandon helped us secure the best deal on the market for a specific fridge we wanted, for delivery on the specific day we requested. He beat all the competition. We recommend him for any appliance purchase. He knows his stuff!
Their service was great. I was met and greeted at the door upon arrival. The gentlemen asked me what I was looking for. I told him. He proceeded to tell me to wait in line. He brought the item that I wanted to purchase while I was waiting in line. Very impressive.
Two interactions with Best Buy this week. Online purchase of TV delivered the next day. Unfortunately the TV was bad out of the box. The Newnan store offered to replace it if I brought it in but they would have to order me another one because they didn't have one in stock. The Peachtree City store ultimately took the return and replaced it. Nice employees all around.
I like how they are prioritizing admittance into the store. They have the entrance roped of and ask what brings you into the store today. If it's a simple question that doesn't require you to go in, they answer it and you're on your way. Some people may not like it, but good on ya Best Buy for being proactively safe during the pandemic.
