Possibly the worst print center around. The self service printers almost never work and even if that’s the case the print team can hardly work their own equipment. This has happened at least 5 times that I’ve been there.
This Staples has the friendliest staff in PTC! I called about a chair that was available in 3 colors and 1 of the colors was not on sale and the saleswoman (Margurita) gave me the sale price for the color I wanted and she held it in store. She was super helpful and her colleague also was so nice. Thank you for a great experience.

The store is clean, well-stocked and the staff was so friendly. There has been a noticeable difference in the shopping experience since the Assistant Manager (Sharon) took over in February 2019. Very attentive to the customers' needs.
