MRS.PAULA IS THE BEST! Every time I come there she is nice and hooks my drink up just right. If you want your drink made right ask for her. She should have her own store or at least a raise!
This location is horrible! Every time my husband or I have come here the wait was incredibly long, order is wrong and/or items are missing. Such a waste of money.
Very poor experience this morning. Too much business and not enough staff. Need to just concentrate on drive through with only 4 people working. Put in a mobile order at 7:38am and took until after 8am to receive order. Mean while people who were ordering after were receiving their orders before ours. When we received our order parts of the breakfast sandwich was in the bottom of the bag. Everything bagel with cream cheese was terrible. Avoid this location at all cost
This Dunkin is my absolute favorite. They take orders very well and are very good at paying attention to the details of what you want in your coffee. Amanda is the manager and she is a delight. She always has a smile on her face and a wonderful personality. She has done very well at taking a train wreck and turning it around.
Dunkin Donuts coffee is usually good, but not in this case. The breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. Disappointed!
