Excellent service. My computer was fixed, all the data recovered and I was using the computer again in a matter of a few short hours. You won't be disappointed!
Called and spoke with Sukru—the owner— and said I thought I needed a new laptop. He asked that I stop by and let him look at. I went in, he looked at and said he didn’t think I needed a new computer. I dropped it off that weekend. Picked it up the same day. It is soooo much faster, and the price was reasonable.
Went back after a few years of using them before. The great experience I had years ago is why I came back. With my limited computer knowledge the employee immediately got smart with me. Normally I would leave a business who displays bad customer service but I decided to relax and try to have an understanding. I allowed them to repair my computer. His attitude was better when i returned to pick it up and paying 200.00. Overall I was satisfied with the work. Just please be sensitive to customers and watch how you speak to them. Customers are who keep businesses in business. There's no half star so I'm really giving a 3.5.
Purchased MacBook Pro here. Less then 6 mo it’s crashed with the same mother board issue as my computer I game in to get fixed. He gave me attitude and wasn’t willing to fix. Will be reporting to BBB and consulting my attorney. This is not how you treat customers. Very unprofessional.
My laptop was fixed in about 2-3 hours. As soon as I got home I had to return to pick it up. He explained what he would do first and then if that didn't work what would be next step. However, the first step worked. I'm a happy customer.
