Edited to add: I visited today and the woman at the drive through window kept trying to sell me life insurance. I had to explain 4 or 5 times that I did not know anyone who needed life insurance before she handed me my food and drink. It was so bizarre, and really uncomfortable and inappropriate.nnLove the location but the traffic situation in the mornings is a nightmare, they have to have a cop on duty directing traffic for the drive-thru, it's that crazy. The staff is great though!

The employees are usually very nice, but it never fails that I'm given a large when I already paid for an extra large coffee in the app. I don't think they order extra large cups because one of the employees said they didn't have any at one point. The drive through line is a nightmare.

I was picking up breakfast for the office. My coworker had a difficult order so she called the manager and explained how she liked her drink made. The manager listened and was glad to help. The drink was made by the time I reached the window and I did not have to bother trying to get it right! I can tell the staff was more than happy to help. It was a very positive experience.

I asked for my usual iced coffee with 5 creams 4 liquid sugars. Soon as I got the cup handed to me I knew it was wrong it was much darker than what I’m used to. I backed up and explained it was wrong and not enough cream. The lady asked whoever made it if they’d put 5 creams in it. I could tell her that they didn’t. Someone else was handing me creams. I said there’s not enough room in the cup to add any cream (cup was full). Everyone thought it was a joke and proceeded to laugh and what mumble under their breath. Even another lady starred me down like she wanted to fight me about it and rolled her eyes several times. We even had a stare off while I waited. This was every bit of unprofessional! I asked for my money back. The manager came out and asked what happened and apologized and gave me a coffee after giving me a refund which was sweet but I won’t be back.
