I had made an order on 03/14/2021 for a curbside pick up. Website stated it would be ready by 7:49pm. I had called the store to let the know I was on a different car than the one noted on the account. I was advised someone would meet me outside soon. At 8:10pm I went inside the store, to inquire about my order, it was just sitting there despite my request for curbside pick up. There was no fork given with my order therefore I could not eat my salad.nUsually Panera does a very good job but yesterday someone dropped the ball.

Came through the drive thru today and ordered a sandwich and a small coke. The girl tells me they are out of small cokes. Small cokes? Well, the cups, she says. Well, can I get a large coke for the small price? No, we can't sell the large cups for the small cup price. The manager, Jeremiah, was no help. The manager the other day was a joke too. No customer service from the managers or their employees. This place is sucking bad.

Hit or miss. Most times they are good with their salads. Since its hard to find decent salads that arent just iceberg lettuce(which is just cheap and not nutritional), but i usually get The goddess salad, but they have messed up my order several times, to the point they put the wrong kind of lettuce in. Another time where it was completely wrong all together; the waits usually long, but good food.

The kids steak and cheese my daughter wouldn't even eat. It was hard and the top bun was black inside burnt. The chicken rice soup had a old weird taste. The turkey sandwich was the only good food item. I would've returned the food but it was a pick up order and was too tired to return it. I don't think I will be returning.

Long waits in drive thru on a regular basis. Today I waited 10 minutes for a scone. No apology for the wait & then as I was driving away I realized they gave me the wrong order. I didn't want to pull back through drive through given how long their waits are, so I parked and went inside to straighten out the order. Person at counter refused to take back the bag I was handing her as I explained I was given the wrong order in the drive through. No apology or anything, and then she said she couldn't put a credit back on my card--only a manager can do that. I asked for the manager and was told she was in the bathroom. I waited 10 minutes more for the manager, during which time there was no effort made to fix the problem. Didn't even ask what I was supposed to have received. Manager walks in the front door with a headset on and credited back the incorrect amount and gave me a free scone. She said they could have just called her on the headset--she was outside on the phone with her general manager. Manager was very kind and did her best to rectify the situtation, but the staff is just so poorly trained across the board. Every time I go there it's the same bad service but I overlook it because I love Panera. That's my last visit--not even their orange scones are worth the ihassle.
