The Extra Space Storage location on 2340 Cobb Pkwy is excellently managed. The best pricing are offered online (web rates). The ease of use of their website delivered high quality results with immediate actions.nnHarrison's management of this location is excellent and comprehensive. He helped upsize and manage our order with speed and accuracy. Harrison has great customer skills which was demonstrated in his flexibility and being very action oriented.nnThe facility is always clean. The carts and other moving aids are centrally located and available. Harrison walks the facility and provides oversight over all the renters ensuring that they stay compliant with the Terms and Conditions of this location.nnThis Extra Space Storage location is highly recommended not just for the services but the intangibles in which Harrison manages. I highly recommend this location.

I've used an Extra Space Storage facility in Chattanooga TN last year and had a wonderful experience with customer service, facility use, and price. I'm happy to say I'm having the same experience with a different location. Extra Space Storage seems to keep up with the same customer service and facility standards no matter the state. I'm happy I've chosen them. Move in and out is super easy, and they have been cheaper than others I've looked at, which is even better considering they have inside units that are clean and free from the elements.

Spoke to Kim over the phone and she was very easy going and clear about the entire process. At first I was unsure about how I would go about getting a storage unit given my particular situation but we got it figured out right away and were extremely accommodating. highly recommend!
