Within seconds of submitting my online reservation, Tisha from Extra Space called me to confirm and finalize my storage unit. You could hear her smile through the phone. She was friendly and efficient. As promised, my unit was in excellent condition and ready to move in. The building is clean, well lit and easy to navigate. We are very pleased with our choice and highly recommend this location.

Today, I rented unit from Extra Space Smyrna. I wasn’t sure if I was going to rent today considering I couldn’t decide what I needed. Well the agent on duty, Harrison was great with assisting me to determine what best fit my need.nnI’m one of those customers who do there research prior to arriving, so I had tons of questions and wanted to see several units. Harrison was very knowledgeable, patient and provided excellent customer service the entire time. For that, I want to say THANK YOU!
