Had JB hunt deliver a dishwasher. Three people showed up. Very unprofessional. One person said he didn’t have the tool to install the dishwasher. It is shocking because the installation and removal of old unit is part of a standard deal. I told them I understand and even tried to cheer them up. Gave them a $30 tip because it is a holiday time. They gave me a phone number and asked me to call the next day and they would come back in the afternoon. No wonder. No response. The installation and removal costs almost $200. I later called kitchenaid to cancel the order and told them it is not the dishwasher but the shockingly poor service of JB hunt.

Had a scheduled appliance delivery today from 3-7, was told I would receive a call when they were almost here. No one came, no one called, customer service couldn’t get in touch with anyone. No resolve. Their system says missed delivery attempted at 6:28pm which is a lie!!!! I took off work for this, and I cannot reschedule to meet their needs. Sorry company that Home Depot uses. Unprofessional.

JB Hunt need to teach your drivers to use the right line, tell them that the right line is for slower vehicles
