Worst experience with this uhaul place. Overcharged me and stated that I went further than what I actually did. And not only did they charge me for gas even though I made sure I filled it up before I took it back but lied and said that it wasn't full. I was charged $78.00 for a truck rental that should have cost less than $30 with taxes and fees. DO NOT GO TO THIS UHAUL FACILITY...FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! For some reason they allowed me to walk out of the office when they still had my license after renting one of their vehicle i would be DRIVING for a one way trip 200 miles...Then after calling multiple times to attempt to get it back the manager promised they would send it. Its going on 10 days and I still have not received it. After calling today and waiting on hold for nearly 30 MINUTES, I explained my situation and was then put on hold AGAIN. They then disconnected the call while I was waiting. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Don't ever use this Uhaul depot. Absolutely terrible customer service and satisfaction.
Thank you to David Howard for going above and beyond for helping me out. My blinker wouldn’t work for the trailer I was renting and he was out here for about half an hour in the hot sun trying to fix my right right blinker. Finally got it to work. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service.

Great service. Rented a pick up truck, it was a great vehicle. This Ford even stopped running the engine at lights, and then Automatically started running when you took your foot off of the brake to conserve fuel. Process was very quick and easy. Would recommend highly.
