College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

I honestly do not know where all the good reviews are coming from with this company. Jared the owner came to my home to quote my move. He quoted us five men and two trucks. One for my home and one for my Playground. We scheduled the move and weren't told they over booked us that day. Our movers were three hours late because they didn't have a truck to move us.They drove to Atlanta to rent a truck. That's right , one truck. There was a lead man that was very professional and the other four were boys right out of high-school which were polite. Their work ethic was unprofessional and child like. The four men had no drive and I constantly had to move my own belongings to encourage them to do their job. The move went late into the evening because the truck was to small and they had to make a second trip 30 minutes one way. The following day I was putting furniture together and found I had a missing bed rail for my sons room. I quickly called the office and told them it was missing. They claimed they didn't have it but I remained persistent contacting the lead man directly. They ended up finding the rail in their warehouse hours later and brought it to my home. As I continued to unpack I found many damaged goods along the way from furniture to glass etc. Their insurance is a joke pennies on the dollar and not worth my time and effort to pursue. When it came time to get squared away they said I came under my estimate which was a lie, because my deposit and payment equaled the total. I even tipped the boys out of good faith, what a mistake. My wife and I contacted the owner directly multiple times to give him the opportunity to make things right and he has blown us off. Their quote was higher and we still went with them because we thought they were qualified. I do not recommend this company at all and I hope you will take this as a huge warning to stay away from Jared and his franchise.

Needed some large heavy stuff moved locally.nThe scheduling before the work was excellent. It's nice to have good communications. They showed up on time, worked hard, completed the job, were clean and efficient and I am happy.nWhat else could you want.

The guys showed up on time. They were very professional and moved quickly. We went over the scheduled time but it was not their fault at all.nOverall, this is a great company and these young men took care of my belongings. No incidents!nI will definitely use again.

We moved contents of a house plus garage and yard furnishings. Dywer Hauling & Moving were fantastic. Not one item was broken. I have used this company after first experience, I might use them again. Moving is stressful and Dywer Hauling & Moving made it relax for me so by their great service and punctuality. Additionally, the receipt we got was accurate. Many thanks

The two young men that moved us were incredibly helpful, professional, and worked very fast. They were on time and very good at their job. I highly recommend this company. Overall great experience.
