Tint World in Smyrna are awesome. The whole staff especially. I would like to say thanks for pimping out my car. Alex, Elia, Red provide excellent work and they are very professional. The prices are reasonable and they are willing to work with you. I Highly Recommend this place. They are best in town. Got my windows tinted about a month ago here at the Smyrna location. Employee at the desk was pretty rude from the start, so I guess I should have known. I paid about $300 for 20% tint which is pretty overpriced, but I trusted that they would do a good job and I needed to get it done. I have never seen a tint job done so poorly, there are legitimately hundreds of bubbles and blemishes on my windows and my back windshield looks like a child did it. Also there is fibers and particles everywhere underneath the tint because it wasn’t cleaned properly before application. I went back up there yesterday for them to redo the tint, and they told me to be there around 9 am. Immediately the same employee is pretty rude, and comes out with a card for about 5 minutes to try to push the hundreds of bubbles out. He said that the back windshield would definitely need to be replaced but the windows were under their “5% flaw allowed” policy even though there is fibers and particles all underneath it. His response was “No tint job is perfect” After about 5 minutes of making little progress, he walks inside and never comes back out. I guess he was hoping I would leave, which I did. My $300 is wasted, and I am quite certain if they did fix it it would be similar quality if they believe that is a good job. Horrible customer service and a scam. Seems like they do a good job soliciting positive reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I just got my tint done yesterday and I truly appreciate the hard work the young man did on my tint. A job well done!
