I went to Ingrid for photography classes - and she was wonderful! I was going on a trip to Europe, and knew I wanted some nice pictures, and so I ordered a DSLR camera - but I had NO IDEA how to use it. I was seriously afraid to even put the lens on - I was starting at less than zero. Ingrid started our session by talking through the camera - I LOVED how she made no assumptions, and made sure we started at the beginning. I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Once I understood the basics, we worked on actual photography technique.nIt has been about five years since my sessions with Ingrid and I still think of many of the things she taught me when I get my camera out!nFor me, I needed EXTREME BEGINNER introduction, and then some practical application and photo taking. She was so patient with me as I worked to understand the basic concepts. Now that I have years of practice, I would LOVE to go back to get more advanced lessons - just need to find the time!nNow that I have a young son, I am so grateful that I have some truly beautiful pictures of him - I have captured some of the most special memories. Worth every penny in my opinion.nIt is obvious that Ingrid is extremely talented and I have no doubt she would help even the more advanced student fine-tune their skills and technique to a whole new level.
