Walmart Pharmacy

The two pharmacists that I happen to know by face and name which I will not reveal, are very professional kind and courteous. This is much appreciated because of the prescription drugs that I'm on I'm usually treated a certain way and it's really unprofessional when pharmacies do that so it's refreshing when Walmart Pharmacy does not! And no I'm not getting painkillers filled. I know there's a lot of discretion that goes into that, as there should be! The rest of the staff is just as awesome and great as a pharmacist I like to give a shout out to Miss Carolyn she's always been great to me always seems to be very busy, but always makes time to be pleasant and courteous to me. Also, she's always of help? The good Lord knows I usually have about a million questionsud83dude07. Thank you guys the only thing that I think would make this Pharmacy better is if you accepted the GoodRx GOLD!

My experience was horrible, in the farmacy area, I went today 7/20/20 because I need some help I ask the employee in the farmacy for a out the counter medication and he said wait for the farmacist I waiting and them came this lady the name (Linda )the farmacist and ask me how she can help me but with this face like miserable I went under the plastic shield because I don’t want no one over there know my business and she and bad way tell me don’t talk under the shield I can hear you, I am understand the situation with the Covid 19, I have my mask on and she can tell me that in the good way and I am understand, I ask her for Benadryl and she said is ovethere and I said yes I know but what is the difference because you have to many over there and she get out from the farmacy like mad and walk very fast and tell me everything is the same the only diferente is the brand and the size and I said ok thank you another question and she looking me like what else??? And I tell her I have a surgery on Friday and I am inflamed like swallen what do you think is good over the counter to help me she said ask you doctor I can’t help you and run away with her (dirty white lab coat ) first if you are a professional be clean she was dirty her lab coat is suppose to be white and clean and look like she was cooking all day , second I am a human being and also I am a professional too, ( I work in the health field and I have compasión for people) I went to school like her and doesn’t matter how the people look you always need to be a professional and treat everyone the same maybe she have a rough day but guess what is not my business ok because everyone have a bad day and that is not a reason to treat no one like that every body scare about this situation if that the case she need stay in home for ever because this look like no going to end soon, I am not going ever to this Walmart again especially to the farmacy all my prescription I sent it to this Walmart not any more.

The staff at Wal-Mart are usually not helpful but the pharmacist and her technicians were helpful and courteous

Ms. Linda (one of the pharmacist) is awesome!! She’s always polite, personable, caring and informative. Shauna (one of the techs) is all of the same. I moved to Hiram but drive all the way to this location to pick up my prescriptions. I tried switching to another pharmacy when I moved but it just wasn’t the same quality service.
