A Piece of Cake is my favorite place to buy cakes. On Saturday Jan 23, I stopped by the Cobb parkway location and purchased a slice of white chocolate cake. It was dry and it did not taste fresh. I had to through it away. Please make sure that your slices are fresh each day.
I had an amazing experience while shopping here!!! I received the best customer service ever!!!!! Daeja had incredible customer service and was very kind to me. I told her it was my first time eating there and she made sure I wasn't disappointed. Overall it was an amazing experience and I plan on coming back again.
I will begin with the positives - overall the customer service and cleanliness of the location was great! Unfortunately, the cake slices I purchased were ridiculously dry and certainly not fresh. My husband and I tossed the cakes after a couple of bites. Hopefully, if we ever decide to revisit this location again in the future(doubt it), the experience will be much better.
I mean, it was ok. We are not from Atlanta and came here on a recommendation. We ordered in advance and they made substitutes (giving us vanilla instead of strawberry) without letting us know. And to be honest, the cupcakes are not worth the sticker price ($40 for a dozen cupcakes).
Yuck ! Cake is dry and not good at all. Would not recommend. Just go to Smallcakes where they bake their cupcakes fresh daily. I would not go here again. $6 for one slice of cake and it’s dry, overly sweet, no flavor and icing wasn’t good.
