Not sure what's up with the cooks in the back, but ordered a sweet black pepper breakfast without cheese. Got a sandwich with cheese, with literally one piece of bacon. Kind of a disservice to your customers and definitely not worth the hassle or the price you pay. No issues with the nice girl in the drive through. 0830 03/03/2021

I’m only giving 4 stars because the staff is great but can y’all order this location a new latte machine or something?? I swear every time I come here it’s always down or not working properly ... this is the only location in the area I come to that has this issue..please make sure your staff have all of the equipment and supplies necessary to have a fully functioning establishment... it’d probably make their lives so much easier! They’d probably appreciate it

Come here all the time. But today was just a big no. Went through the DT ordered what I always get and They gave me the Original Blend. I walked inside and told the cashier I wanted Caramel Iced Coffee not Original Blend. She took my cup and all they did was just add the syrup instead of making me a whole other cup also handed me back the same cup. Now i'm drinking straight sugar. Definitely not coming back if they don't care for their customers service.

Long waits. One drive thru employee in particular doesn't wear gloves, young Hispanic guy (morning) and one time I saw him blow his nose with a tissue, did not wash his hands and processed to put my lid on my cup with the hand he wiped his nose with. Without wanting to embarrass him I threw the coffee away and made my own at work

The coffee is good at this location most of the time but the service is really slow. Another concern that i have is that when i went in to the store to get my coffee fixed (the sweet French vanilla coffee with almond milk that i ordered tasted like burnt water).... all but one of the employees had their masked on incorrectly. The masks weren’t covering the mouth or nose. Things cannot be done like this due to the pandemic. I won’t be back for a while.
