I encountered Delilah today. I placed an order and the customer service blew my socks off!! When I say the best service I have had via phone. I truly believed she was a Tiff Treat Superhero. So easy and so fun! The cookies literally arrived warm and fresh which is even more pleasurable than you think. The app UI is fantastic too.
This place really went above and beyond for my order today! I live in Dallas and was making an order in Atlanta. She said that the guy who delivered it was dressed as and spoke as Santa Claus! I’m extremely happy with the service and the product, thank you Tiff’s Treats and thank you to that extraordinary employee! Y’all made our Christmas!
$17 for a dozen chocolate chip cookies that don't taste better than whole foods 4.99 dozen chocolate chip cookies. Oh and they slightly stick to each other and the paper they sit on. Great taste but not at that price point.nnUpdate: originally rated it 3 stars but gave an extra star since they delivered me a free dozen of fresh baked cookies up to 4 flavors. The delivery was about an hour late so I called and they gave an extra $50 gift card for the inconvenience. I still cant justify the $17 price tag so I can't give it 5 stars to be honest.
Cookies are delicious! I love stopping by here for a sweet treat.
