I had been drooling the menu online for about two weeks lol. I am a big goody. But I want to say Thank you for the great service!!!!!!!! And friendliness of the staff. The food was delicious and hot. I had the almond pretzel. And mini pretzel dogs. And large lemonade. And you guys didn’t let me down. Please keep up with the great work. I will be back for that 50 count!!! Thank you for being nice. Because I had been feeling down. An I was quickly cheered up and let with a smile. I wish I knew the cashier name to give her a special shout out. So the pretzels are good, but they don’t enforce masking for employees. An employee kept his mask down on his chin the entire time we were there and he was handling food. Just goes to show they don’t care about their customers’ health or wellbeing, or public health in general.

I got there (Cumberland Mall) this morning at 10:30 and saw a worker named Kymieca, assistant manager at Auntie Anne's, at the counter placing pretzels in a cup. I greeted her and she greeted me and turned and continued to finish what she was doing!!! Such disregard, because she gave me the impression that she did not want to be bothered. She then rang my order in the register and I gave her my money and she walked away through a door. She returned shortly after with my change. The previous times that I have been there, the other workers there were more polite. Perhaps she should not be serving Customers.

Auntie Anne is my favorite pretzel place but the customer service of this store here is horrible. I was here on Saturday around 4pm. The staffs were unfriendly. Didn’t smile or want to talk. Feel like they don’t love their job at all. I don’t know Auntie pay you enough or not but when you work, you make customers happy, not treating them like garbage.

The downstairs kiosk is much better with their food and customer service. The General Manager Stephon is excellent with everything that he does and knows how to efficiently guide a team to success. Hot food, great service, I will defiantly be back here.
