Store Manager who's name starts with J had the WORST customer service skills over the phone. I will NOT pick up the Birthday cake I ordered, and don't plan on visiting this location for anything else. I thought COSTCO was better than this.
$6 dollars for 12 Einstein bagels. Yes, please. Keep them in the freezer and rotate two into the fridge as needed. Cinnamon Rasin, Onion & Plain.
It would be great if they provided the service of slicing the bread... How come they sell big loaves and they don't have the slicing machine?
