I arrived a few minutes before the store opened at 10. The employee open the door and I was able to pick up some cupcakes. One of the cupcakes I wanted was not ready but she took it upon herself to get that one cup cake frosted. She was polite and professional during the whole experience. I would highly recommend these delicious cupcakes. Thanks to the employee who provided such great service!
Every now and then my mom and I have a craving for a sweet and it's nice to know we can pop in at Smallcakes and grab a delicious cupcake to satisfy our sweet tooth. I am not a fan of chocolate cake and yet I love their chocolate cupcakes. They are so yummy and moisty - perfectly baked every time. My favorite cupcakes are pink vanilla and caramel crunch. The hot cocoa cupcake they have as a special for the winter/holidays is absolutely delicious!nnThis is an old photo of me with my birthday cupcake!
Make sure you go earlier or mid day to get the best variety. Nothing bad to say.....it's cupcakes lol. They always do some other fun flavors on the weekend like stuffed french toast and what's unique is the different locations will do their own flavors.
The array of different flavors keeps me coming back. Service is always top-notch. Presentation is outstanding! What I love most is that whatever flavor you choose or the cupcake is named, it actually taste that way!
Staff always greets me when I walk into the door. Excellent customer service. Establishment is always clean. Variety of cupcakes and they are always fresh!
