I just wanted to publicly recognize Mrs. Gee in the Deli Department. She provided me with excellent customer service and kindness earlier today! The entire staff at this Publix is terrific!
This was my first time ordering. I only tried it because I got an email saying free delivery. So I placed an order and then I was going to be charged. At that point I switched to pickup, except the pickup was for a publix twice as far as the one I usually go to. The order was to be picked up at 4pm, no later than 5pm. Then I received a message one of my items was not available. And 5 minutes later when I read the message I sent a response back telling them what they could replace the item with and could not get any response. So I called the help line and was told the order was ready. That was 2 hours before the pickup time. I will NEVER use instacart again.
Love the place. Staff is great. Very friendly, they keep carriages sanitized all the time. Always have tons of bogof deals and you don't need a coupon or store card to get deals.
The staff at this Publix was super friendly, the the lady cleaning the carts all the way to the store manager. I really enjoyed my shopping experience. This store is a little far for me but commute is worth the experience.
Great little market. I really like the smaller stores. Very friendly people there.
