My time at this T-Mobile was amazing, the rep who helped me was Anthony Martinez. He was so knowledgeable, assisted me through every step of the way of getting to know my new phone. He made it such a simple process. Definitely will come back in the future!
Great customer service, all the employees make it easy for you to understand plans, phones, etc. I remember I was in the store with someone wearing a Chili’s crew member t-shirt. He seemed to be very confused and was steadily walked through the process of his new plan. Highly recommend!
