[ the establishment is also a Dunkin’ Donuts ]nnWhen I came to go pick it up at the peak hour at Dunkin’ Donuts at 7 AM for the cake — I found out that the cake was still in progress— BOTH Britt and Tre went out of their way to help me with my order while keeping the Dunkin’ Donuts line moving smoothly! Both drivethrough and dine in. — very sweet and caring individuals — kept me updated on the situation for the cake until it was completed! The cake came out beautifully! — Tre and Britt both made this stressful situation manageable and even ENJOYABLE! ud83cudf08 — both deserve recognition! — I felt %100 taken care of and I can’t stop talking highly of Britt and Tre! — thank you so very much again!! This Dunkin is usually good and I spend a lot of money here with how often I go but I was disappointed when I ordered a berry hibiscus tea today. She warned me that if I wanted it iced, the ice might melt. However, the ice didn’t melt and the tea wasn’t hot at all (fine by me, not the point). I watched her make the tea and pour it in to fill up half of my cup and then fill the other half up with water. If that’s the case then of course it’s going to taste watered down.
