Store says it opens at 5:30am. I arrive at 5:45am, after placing my mobile order successfully, and the rep said they don’t open till 6am. Also, their espresso machine is broken and offer me a substitute Iced Coffee which is $2 cheaper. I was told if I wanted a refund for that $2, I would have to call the corporate number or dispute it from my bank... Laaaaaaaaaaame

I absolutely love the ladies that work here in the morning, they are a delight and exactly how I like to start my day. I always do the mobile pick up and I’ve never had any issues. HOWEVER, I cannot stand Greg, he sometimes works the window and he is incredibly rude. He's interupted me, is never polite and just not overall good customer service person. But anyway, love getting my coffee here.
