Had a great experience yesterday switching my old Metro phone with a BYOP. Shawana was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I thought I was going in with a pain of a problem since my new phone was not a major brand and Metro mobile customer service had an internal server error when they tried, but Shawana took care of it with no issues. The store itself was also very clean and well-stocked. Thank you for a positive experience!

If I could give a negative star I would. The girl stated we must wear a mask. Understandable. So my husband and I went and got our mask. Went back to store but the girl didn’t have a mask . We ask if she was going to put a mask on. She said she would but made no effort . We left ... very rude
I love my phone it charges really fast and I love the metro pc service
The young man who help me get a better phone and switches over from boost to Metro was very dedicated we had trouble getting some kinda number to help switch but with his help. I believe his name was Kevin. He was a kind man and very patient.
