This is the 3rd purchase I have made with mattress firm over the last 10 years. I keep going back because of the quality and value along with great customer service. The sales rep explained everything in detail answered all my questions and I had a great trust for his information. I walked out of there knowing I made the best selection and choice of vendor. Would recommend to anyone.
Good selection & variety of price ranges. Junior was very helpful and helped me pick out a great mattress. I appreciate that there were no sales gimmicks or pressure to buy, just offering different options and he respected my budget range as well. Great experience.
My wife and I went in to the get a mattress to replace the atrociously uncomfortable one we have. We tried several. Candace helped up pick one that was within our budget and meet our comfort needs and the need for no more springs poking our rib cages. She also helped us pick a good mattress to replace the old futon mattress, making it a permanent bed. Thanks for all the help
It was a very thorough and painless procedure. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a lease on a great new mattress that was not too costly plus I got an upgraded base. My salesman Jason was very informative and personable.
Bryan Freeman helped us with my brother’s mattress purchase & was the consummate professional. Very knowledgeable about the different mattress options and extremely patient!!!
