We were thrilled with the customer service we received from our salesperson, Andy, and the great furniture we selected! Huge inventory to choose from and we were able to get our furniture delivered in less than a week. Great quality AND the delivery folks did a super job. Could not recommend this Leaders store more!!
The sales people are helpful, but not pushy, they give you the space and the time you need to make the right decision. The selection was amazing as was the quality of the furniture they sell. I was also impressed by the metal wall art they sell, top quality. We bought a rattan dining set, Andy Bernard helped us order it and recomended custom thick cushions to suit our comfort level, all at very minimal cost!! Highly recommend the Port Charlotte Leaders Store!!
Went browsing but didn't buy anything. Saw a great short bookshelf, wicker or bamboo for 199.99. It was solid! Comes just the way you see it. NO ASSEMBLY. Plan to go back and get it when I have the money. I prefer that one to the $39.99 one I saw at Staples that was difficult to assemble. Returned it the same day when I damaged a couple of the holes where studs were supposed to go.
Walk in the front door and instantly think of enjoying out door fun and relaxing. Store is decorated and staged so that you can find differend ways you can enjoy different settings. Lots of styles to chose from.nStaff was very helpful, the showroom manager Briana Hill was most helpful and found in stock cushions to go with our Maldives chairs. Great experience.nAll of the sales people were very good, we like to do our own thing. So when we walk in store we make contact with the floor person and tell them we just want to look and will let them know when we have questions. The store personal was very helpful but did not bother us as we went from one area to the other. Recommend this store.
Everytime I go into the Port Charlotte Leader's I have a great shopping experience. Today was wall art before was custom covered bar stools. Now that I think I've dropped a dime or two. 3 custom chairs, a couch, boats, paddles, wire bird art and a pelicannnEach time great CS from the whole crew! My go to is Shane...
