We just had one of our best furniture buying experiences. We were met real soon after entering by Sales Associate Joey. We were made to feel right at ease and felt no pressure. Joey helped us furnish our living room in a very professional yet friendly and courteous manner. My wife and i went to five different furniture stores in town and Badcock had the most to offer and the best experience by far. Great prices, quality items and friendly customer service is why we chose Badcock. Carolina was absolutely excellent, knowledgeable very friendly and worked at our pace. Definitely would refer Badcock to anyone who asked where to get furniture. It was the best experience possible .

Our washer broke this morning and we went to Badcock. The estimated delivery date for a new washer from ALL of the competition was 6-8 weeks. Joey was able to get us a new washer and dryer combo for just a down payment that will be delivered next Wednesday! Great customer service .
The young woman that took care of me by the name of Morgan was knowledgeable, patient, and very courteous. She gave me quite a few choices on bed frames to choose from. Her understanding of my plight was sincere and she took all my fears away as we walked through the store looking at the beds. Thank you Morgan for a delightful experience. I recommend Badcock to all my friends, not only because of the awesome furniture, but their customer service, which matters a lot to me, is outstanding!
