Where do I start? Thing the order was complete the kitchen, master bath, guest bath and the laundry room.nI could never get the price on anything including the hardware. Just over or under our allowance.n1) custom color does not match.n2) cabinet wall does not allow microwave door to open. the wanted us to buy a microwave that doesn't match and for us to pay for it. they had the dimensions of all appliances.n3) 3 times the wrong glass......still wrong.n4) we went with custom in the kitchen and master bath. standard in the guest bathroom and laundry roomnthe guest bath and laundry room are much better cabinets.nI would go to Home Depot or Lowe'snthis is coming from a builder of 35 years.nMike the rep was great ! he trird to make all the mastakes were corrected. Busy bee did an amazing job on my cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful and the installers do a fantastic job with the install. I would recommend busy bee not only for the great job with the cabinets but also for their effective and courteous customer service. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the company and the ease of use.
They try hard but 13 months into custom house and cant get cabinets correct. Wrong colors, poor installation, refrigerator doors crooked, boards wrong length and patched, boards too short and patched with caulk, boards dont fit and stick out. They dont show up for weeks. Always an excuse. We will have to tear out entire kitchen and start over with another company.
I love this company. Great customer service they really care about their customers and the product that they install. If you're looking for a superior cabinet company this is the one.
