As usual there was never anyone around to help
I wanted to take to time to share our experience today. Not many people share the good experiences and we wanted to make sure that North Port Lowe’s management knows how wonderful their staff is! We came in tonight looking for non slip grip tape. Leslie was the first associate we saw and immediately was friendly and eager to help us find what we needed. We interacted with several other employees as well that were all able to help us find what we needed for our project. Leslie was so friendly and nice and even entertained our 6 year old daughter and wished her a happy birthday. I can’t even describe how refreshing this experience was. We normally go to Home Depot since it’s closer to our home but we can’t even find one person in Home Depot to help us and in Lowe’s we had a willing associate at every aisle. I will gladly drive further to give our business to Lowe’s from now on! Thank you!
Lowe's, this store is truly a gem. Staff friendly neat clean this store has it going on. Fast friendly service or order was processed quickly And we were out the door and on the road. Lowes you have certainly outdone yourself here five stars all the way keep up the good work
On 3/16 I came in ready to purchase a Bosch dishwasher and there was only one associate available for 3 couples in the appliance department.nI walked out and purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy 30 minutes later in Port Charlotte.nOther than this occurrence, I enjoy Lowes for their Garden Center and my husband enjoys the store for shopping for general items.
Just like all Lowe's stores. Clean, about 300 people who work here so I can't get away from people asking if I need help. Lumber guys make simple cuts for you and checking out is fast and easy. Good store.
