My husband & I went to the North Port store for our new mattress. Andy greeted us immediately & welcomed us into the clean showroom. He was extremely helpful & courteous. He respectfully answered all our questions & did not pressure us toward any particular brand. We highly recommend his store. It was an excellent experience.
I had a fantastic experience with Ray at this store. He was courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly helped me get a great deal on a excellent mattress. It was an absolute pleasure and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to get another one. Thanks Ray!
Great service. Andy was very knowledgeable, without a hard sell. The men that delivered our furniture were equally knowledgeable and pleasant. They completely set up our dream bed in a short amount of time. Highly recommend Mattress Firm (North Port, Fla) you won’t be disappointed. It’s refreshing to receive superb customer service!
We arrived not knowing what we wanted. The staff was knowledgeable and showed us around. We were able to get delivery in a few days. They came to the house on time got done and were very polite and quick.
Andy Kisseberth at the 14990 Tamiami Trail store was very kind and patient in trying to resolve my adjustable bed problem. Hopefully he has conquered the problem and they parts will be arriving at his store on Friday. I really appreciate his dedication to solving this issue!!!
