I had a great experience using this mattress firm. The manager was so patient and thorough with me helping me pick exactly what mattress I wanted. The customer service was outstanding. I was even pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for a mattress and especially if you're new to mattress buying.
