We bought a queen-size mattress set. Taylor, our sales associate, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our store experience was positive. Our only complaint is that the store will not remove our old mattress set, and that puts a physical burden on us. I know that mattress stores do remove the old bedding as part of the service. Also, the wait time to get it delivered is a little long.
I purchased a bed at Bartow ,Fl Badcock location and this African American woman I forgot her name. However she was a huge help in deciding which he’d would be great for my daughter . I will be recommending everyone looking for furniture to go see her . She is very patient , honest and informative.
