Deborah was very personable. She was attentive without being overbearing. Very knowledgeable and helpful when blending different pieces together.nnUpdate - although the service was good, furniture is not. The coffee and side tables are fine, but the sectional looks like it’s 20 years old and it’s only a year old. Doesn’t hold up. Wouldn’t buy a couch from them again.
I have not received my furniture yet because I just ordered today. However, the customer service representative, Brenda, who worked with me over the phone was OUTSTANDING! I had a unique order request and she went out of her way to ensure I got the best personalized option. I am very thankful for her willingness to help.
So far, so good, I downloaded the app & found a nice LR sectional. I placed the order, a representative called me to verify some things. The furniture is on back order, I was in no immediate rush to get it. They’ll call me when it comes in and set up a convenient delivery date.
My husband & I shopped for a recliner with a lovely young woman named Maria, who was knowledgeable and kind, but not pushy. She totally stayed with us, and at the same time gave us space. We have a great new chair coming! Upton, MA
