I needed garage doors so I sat down with my salesperson Christian and we came up with a design and added some customization's. He was very helpful with everything. The installation was done very professionally by 2 friendly installers and the improvement in the appearance of the garage has been commented on by my neighbors. Overall, a great experience and a great product. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. 5 stars!!

I’m happy that we chose Baystate to build our garage and shed. We were very pleased with the work and craftsmanship and the garage and shed came out beautiful. They were very respectful, kept the site clean and were conscientious of our needs as we lived through the process. The project did go longer than expected and I believe the communication could have been better in helping us understand the process and delays. Over all we could absolutely recommend them if anyone is looking to build a garage or shed.

We purchased our outdoor Pavillion and had it installed by Jonas and Rudy. They were awesome. Very professional, honest and prompt and we love the product. Would hire again and highly recommend.
