Al is wonderful!! He’s extremely knowledgeable about all mattresses not just the ones at Mattress Firm. He is honest and is not your typical dreaded salesman. He sells in a way that helps you make the best decision for you, not because he wants the commission, but because he too is a consumer and understands. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I came back the next day and immediately Al remembered me by name and was eager to answer my questions. I knew what I wanted, and asked the salesperson Crystal to show it to me. I tried out the mattress, and really like it. I also bought a pillow for my very finicky husband. I may go back for another. Crystal was great no hard push to try to upsell me. I got just what I wanted. This was a good experience.
Crystal was great to work with! We walked in with a budget and walked out with a great mattress perfectly within our budget. We were in an out within a matter of MAYBE 10 minutes. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us anything we very obviously didnt need. Would highly recommend this Mattress Firm.
Me and my family went into Mattress firm off Tyrone to get a king size mattress. The sales associate was so nice amd listened to what i liked and kept me in my budget without any sales pressure. I am very happy with what we purchased!!!! I would definetly recommend going to this location To by a mattress.
