Fernando at the location in Westchase was amazing! He took the time to make sure that I was absolutely happy with the bed that I chose. He made me feel comfortable and the process was easy. My bed was delivered two hours before my delivery window and the guys that dropped it off were great. My bed feels amazing and I’ve finally been able to get some rest without too much tossing and turning. Really happy with the whole experience!
I have to say I had one the best experiences shopping at this Mattress firm store today. Antonio was the salesman I worked with and I am glad I met him. He was very professional and yet customer centric in helping me find a bed set that fit in with what I was looking for and gave me a reasonable price.
