These guys were beyond great!! We had an entire kitchen remodel we wanted to complete and this was the first time we had been through the process, so it was overwhelming to say the least. The entire team was unbelievable and they all worked with us throughout the process to help guide us with all of the decisions and the end result was everything we wanted. Special thanks to Ken, Ray and Ariel who we worked with very closely the entire time. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the way the kitchen turned out and we will certainly be calling them when we inevitably have to remodel the bathrooms. Excellent experience and we are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out!! Glenn listened to everything my husband and I wanted and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Glenn made sure we were aware of everything that was going to happen and his schedule of exactly what was happening on certain days was spot on! He is honest, trustworthy, and it's very apparent he's been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff!nnEddie and Andrew did the majority of the work on our kitchen. Both were so nice to work with and the kitchen turned out exactly how we wanted. Authenic Concepts went beyond my expectations in remodeling my kitchen. Starting with Ken, my designer, he helped me plan and pick out cabinets, hardware, backsplash, flooring and appliances within my budget. Ken was always there with answers for me no matter what day or time it was. When it was time to start the job, Tyler did an awesome job with the removal of cabinets, flooring and installed a new ceiling and backsplash. When my cabinets came in Todd and Heather work together customizing and installing to perfection. Everyone who came in to do work for the day, took the time to clean up at the end of each day which was huge in my mind. Ray, the project manager kept everything rolling and was in constant communication with me. And then there’s Cesar, the truck driver. He stop by one day to drop off an appliance and saw I had large order of flooring tile delivered, sitting outside. Rain was coming my way and he offered to carry all that tile inside for me. The kid is a beast!nI can’t say enough how everyone work together like family and included me to be part of their family during this renovation. I’m so glad I stopped in one day just to inquire. ud83dude42
Glenn provided awesome customer service!! He was right on time at our appointment to our home to measure and give expert design ideas to remodel our kitchen and master bath. Looking forward to the results!!
I am so very happy that I found Authentic Concepts, Glen , Yvonne, Natalie, Ray, Brandy, and all his amazing employees and sub contractors. They did a complete new master bath design and installation for me. Everyone was professional, pleasant, diligent and easy to work with. If there was a problem, they were right on top of it to fix.
