PEOPLE WHO SHOP AT STAPLES PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUYING PROTECTION PLANS AND STAPLES CARD HAVE HIGH INTEREST RATES.STAPLES EMPLOYEES MOSTLY BE NICE TO YOU BECAUSE THE MANAGER FORCE THEIR EMPLOYERS TO UPSELL AND THE EMPLOYEES GET BONUSES CALLED STAPLES STARS.DO WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU IN THESE HARD TIMES(COVID 19).IF YOU NOT HAPPY WITH NOTHING DO THE SURVEY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT.THE STORES HAVE TO HAVE GOOD SURVEYS OR THEY GET IN TROUBLE.
Went into buy a printer at the store had the best service ever, I’m definitely shopping in there again. Both the manager and the cashier was very helpful
I love this store! Not only are the Staples Rewards amazing, but so is the staff! I am always welcomed with a smile and asked if I need help. Today the level of service was above and beyond! Jennifer saw that I was walking up to the register. She had all her belongings in her hand ready to clock out for the day. She saw my full cart and without hesitation she put her things down and proceeded to help me with my purchase (I had quite a few coupons too). She asked me about my day and made my transaction easy. Thank you Jennifer for making my shopping experience so wonderful!
