5 out of 5 for entertainment value in the parking lot! I was unaware they were filming Cops in the parking lot! Very realistic. Once we entered the store, we were there for over an hour and nary an employee was found. They must have all been watching live action Cops outside. We used the Lowe's website and app and found everything we needed quickly and efficiently. The app is definitely the way to go at this Lowe's. Our cashier was straight-up awesome. She was very fast and friendly. A great ending to an entertaining trip.
My husband and I, both senior citizens, were at the Lowe's store on Highway 50 in Ocoee buying mulch. At checkout, we asked for help loading our car. The clerk found another employee. We took our car to the loading area, but he never showed up. I went back into the store and found Jasmine. What a great employee she is!!! And we were so lucky to find her. She was glad and pleasant to help us. (Extremely polite and efficient.) When she finished our load, she turned to the next car waiting for assistance and asked what they needed. I hope you appreciate Jasmine. She is your best PR employee. Hooray for Jasmine!!!
My gardener was only available on Saturday i should have done my garden shopping a day before he came.nStore was super busy the day before Easter.nBut I almost always find everything I need & like there.nService people are always nice.

It is a good store but sometimes is hard to get help to find any items or to buy any appliances. Probably needs better staffing as it used to be several years ago. The store is clean and well distributed. Staff is nice it just appears to be limited.
