We had a great experience with Debra in Orlando buying a grill. She was informative and friendly. We are using the grill as a cornerstone to our back yard makeover. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. The customer service department was wonderful as well fixing an issue that arose immediately. Thank you paradise!n.

Just purchased my outdoor kitchen with Deb at the Windermere location. She was awesome to work with. We are so excited to have it installed!!!! Editing -hopefully the owners will see- but I am still waiting on a delivery date - they did say 3-5 wks and it we are on wk 6 - just hoping to hear from them soon on a delivery day.

Myself and my neighbor had a very nice buying experience with Debra and are due to take delivery of her grill and bar counter in March. It looks like the quality of these grills is top notch and very well thought out. She is quite excited to prep her back porch and update her entertaining area. We ordered our outdoor kitchen several months ago in preparation for our new house that was just under construction. The store manager, Debra, has been amazing to work with. Due to construction delays we had to make adjustments to our order. Debra went to bat for us to make sure we got what we needed. We will receive our new Paradise Grill Aruba in March and can't wait to start grillin'. I highly recommend Paradise Grills and the store in Windermere.

We were in the market for a new grill. We saw Paradise Grills while driving on I-4. We were visiting our daughter in Windermere and stopped in to the Windermere store and met Debra. We were absolutely blown away with what we saw in the store and what we learned of the quality of the product. Debra walked us through the process. The whole thing was seamless thanks to Debra, her knowledge and her help. We can’t wait for the arrival of our 5’ unit with the lighted grill and refrigerator. Thanks, Debra
