It was such a blessing to my family to work with Kirk, Stephanie, and the rest of the staff at Memorial-Cottonwood Mortuary. From the moment our loved one passed away until the end of the graveside service we felt cared for, listened to, and assisted at every step in the process of saying goodbye. There were so many small and considerate details that they took care of that made us feel safe in focusing on each other rather than the details of the funeral. We noticed many thoughtful actions that were personal to our family, and in looking back were far above what we had experienced at any other mortuary. BEST OF THE BEST! Thank you for taking such good care of our loved one, and us.
They were there when we needed them, responsive and kind from our first phone call. Their good information, personal attention, organized meetings and checklists helped us process through this difficult time. With their help and advice we were able to plan beautiful services for our loved one, accommodating our specific desires.
Kirk McKay and his team took care of every detail professionally and with great care. Everything was done with the family’s wishes addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully. In a difficult time, it is a comfort to know that our father was memorialized in a way that honored his life appropriately

Our parents had made pre-arrangements for their funeral services which was helpful. Making the final plans went very smoothly.
