Called them a week ago for information about their pools. Someone was to call me to make an appointment. They have not contacted me regarding pool information. I don't think I am interested in what they have to offer now.

I have seriously been calling for over a year for Cox pools to come and fix numerous issues with my pool. My pool is two years old. Now the motor went out. Yay me! #sarcasmnnI wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to conduct any business with cox pools, even if they have the best price LITERALLY USE ANYONE ELSE! Because while you have a warranty on your items it doesn’t mean anything. They will not return a call or send anyone from maintenance to come fix your issues.nnAudrey’s voicemail is always full, Jeremy won’t return calls for 3-6 months after you beg and plead for them to come out. And they will pass the buck to try and actually do anything on your pool.nnSeriously and no exaggeration been at this for a friggin year. I have been patient enough.

use a different company . They get the Majority of your money ( 80% ) and then wont communicate or finish your pool

Salesman Tom is great at his job! Salesman! After that it went down hill. Deck was put in while we were on vacation. 2ft shorter then agreed. Offer a discount for error or could rip up and start over. Drain was not installed at bottom of pool.some figured that out after deck was laid! Had to have deck ripped out. Crews changed twice during installion because of quitting. Communication was lacking between workers. Was not a pleasant experience. They did end up refunding a small amount because decking was uneven. Would not recommend this company.

The sales guy was great. The pool Refinishers are kept way too busy. We have a problem with some of the plaster on our hot tub and been trying to get them to fix what they did for well over 9 months now. The office people are showing a whole new lowness on how to blow people off. You pay a lot of money to refinish a pool and they expect payment up front. There is other pool companies in the area i would suggest you use someone diffrent that customer service is better and they stand by there product.nnUpdate.. as of today we have heard from just about everyone in the company and the guys came out to look what needs to be done. Great follow up so far. I will update the review when job is complete but as of right now I am very happy with the response I have gotten since we did the original post.
