Cody is an amazing salesman. He doesn't swoop down on you and lurk. He doesn't smother you either. He simply is there when you do need him to answer questions and give you some information on whatever you're shopping for. He's super knowledgeable too. Hanks has THE BEST prices around!!
I needed help with furniture and I live out of town, Alec from the Destin, FL location was an excellent help! He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. He did a great job and worked super hard to assist me with my purchases. If I have any additional needs, I will be visiting Alec. 5+ stars for his customer service skills and knowledge.
He was fine until the sale was made. Especially upon repeated visits and attempts to contact by leaving messages with staff. Ignored. I can forgive not getting my furniture for months. Covid has affected everyone. I might buy their furniture but refuse to let him assist. I would go to a different store. Sad. So apparent he doesn't want to be there
Thank you Dylan from Hank's was great. We were able to furnish my son's home. He was very patient and knowledgeable on prices and packages. He took time with us on what pieces my son liked and room sizes that would work for him. Will definitely be coming back. Great customer service overall.
