I'm not even sure where to begin. :) I've been shopping for a new bed for some time now. I walked into this Mattress Firm in Destin and was immediately greeted by Stan. He flawlessly assisted both me and another customer at the same time! I was very impressed. At no point did I feel neglected. He worked very diligently to find me the best deal within my price range and was very thorough in finding the right mattress for me. I walked in thinking I'd buy the typical frame, box spring and mattress combo. Instead he worked a spectacular deal for me on a plush mattress and adjustable frame, all within my budget!!! Additionally, though Rebekah was not my primary sales person, she was great! She was very customer friendly and chatted with me while I waited. Both Stan and Rebekah made me feel very comfortable and confident about my purchase! It was a blessing to purchase a bed from this store. I would definitely recommend purchasing your bed from this Mattress Firm, from this dynamic duo!

Bought several box springs and mattresses. While the sales experience was good, I was a little disappointed with the quality. The salesman was good,l. He gave us a fair price and he was friendly.nnThe skirt on the underside of the box spring may not affect the quality of the product, but having it arrive with the bottom side material shredded on two of them isn’t good. A call to the store resulted in “it doesn’t affect the functionality, but you could buy a stapler and fix it if you’d like. It’s strictly for aesthetics”. Hmm....if it’s there for aesthetics shouldn’t it meet the criteria? Attached and in good shape? Outside of that, the mattress’s appear to be good quality. Time will tell.
