Ordered 3 boxes of product. One of the boxes was incorrect (edges not straights). Had to make an extra trip to switch them out. They wouldn't take back my extra box (untouched with extras too). I'm in real estate, and work on many homes. They've lost my future business for a few bucks. I hate wasting extra products.

Totally helpful! Very friendly. Sometimes when you are picking out stone it can be difficult to get a vision of what the stone will look like. We picked out the stone we liked and gave us address to homes that had been done in that particular stone. They were great!

I have done business with Stone Connections for 10 years now and they are by far the best outfit out there. What's sets them aside from everyone else is that they are honest and they care. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and they have always gone above and beyond for me and especially my clients. Being a custom home builder, who's homes are over 15,000 square feet, all my clients expect the best and Stone Connections is and always will be the place where I go.

We have worked with Stone Connection for 14 years and have NEVER had a bad or unprofessional experience. EVERYONE that works there is kind, professional, courteous and treats you like family. Their office is pleasant, clean and professional . We are a sub-contractor and send all our clients there to pick out stone, stucco and get all their colors chosen in one convenient place. We have NEVER had a complaint from any client that they were nothing less than professional and kind. If there has ever been an issue, which has been their fault, they have always been more than willing to do whatever it takes to make the issue right. We have been in business over 40 years installing stone and stucco and they have been and will always be our choice in sending our customers. Stone Connection is by far, the best company for stone products and total color selection out there and their team is amazing. Thank you Aarin, Dave and your entire crew for making our job, as a contractor easier, for making the homeowners job easier and pleasant in the stresses of building a new home and for taking care of us and all our clients with such courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Aarin is the best...if you have any questions on color matching or color combinations she will get you all taken care of. In all seriousness she took care of us like family.
