Love this place. Pricey but clearance section is great.
I thought I purchased outdoor rocking chairs. This was back 2 months ago. I mistakenly paid cash for my purchase. I was working with a sales woman. I was hoping she would call or acknowledge me at least once every 2 weeks. I haven't heard from her since. I guess she got my money and doesn't care about if I received my order. It was 2 adirondack chairs and a small table. They said it would be delivered on Sept 11th, 2020. Never heard a word from sales woman or store or anybody. Due to virus seems to be their excuse.nIt's a shame such a reputable company only cares about money and not product or service.nnHow do you think they could make this right ? A phone call at least 1 time per month would be grateful. Please call me from Royal Furniture in Marathon FL.
Really friendly staff answered questions but were not pushy or intrusive at all. Great delivery service at a great price.
Wow do these guys have beautiful stuff. It's not discount furniture but it is well made and the people are good, smart, and talented. Highly recommend
