We were on a vacation in Marathon and needed a company to sew up a canvas sail bag that got damaged. We called around and no one seemed to want to deal with this smaller job. However when we called Keys Custom Sailing a woman named Mary was very helpful and said she would make room in her schedule to accommodate our rush need. Dropped it off and she did the repairs immediately. That's customer service !!!!

I had keys custom sailing and canvas do a job and the pictures show the quality of work which is terrible. Work was done by the owner Joe who took advantage of an 82 year old elderly woman. None of the work was done as discussed and he promised several times do come and remedy the problems. Is rude to me and the lady the job was done for and has not yet come to repair the work. Do not hire this company very rude and unprofessional

I had a full cockpit enclosure made for my Morgan 41 Out Island in May of 2017 and it looks wonderful. Joe did a great job with the stitching and it made my nights on the hook more comfortable. The price was compatible with the other 2 quotes I got, and delivery was as promised. Nice operation.

Just received the replacement cockpit cushions for our Jeanneau 41 and they look awesome. We could not be happier with the results.
