Never would consider this place for a thing. I was helping a friend clear out a storage unit of a someone who passed away today. We didn’t need any of the items so thought we would donate them and try to be charitable. The old woman running the donation collection in back was by far the rudest person to be accepting charitable donations and could use a long lesson in customer service. The items had smelt musty but we figured they were still usable if they aired out. Instead of saying nicely they can’t accept them the woman made a big scene, kept grabbing her face mask and repeating they smell, oh my god we can’t take these. Extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable when we were just trying to help someone less fortunate. I would not donate a dimes worth to these people.

Mostly furniture here, great place to search for the perfect deal. Nearly everything is used or has been returned.

The Habitat for Humanity ReStores are great thrift stores for furniture. It's a worthwhile charity, and they generally do a good job of screening items and put only quality used furniture on the floor. Store is clean and workers are friendly. After my divorce, I furnished a lot of my new home through local ReStores, and I love my new decor ❤nnThis Bonita location tends to have a lot of living room selection, dining tables/ chairs, and dressers/ chests. Also some kitchenware, lighting.nIf you are looking for high end furniture try the one in Naples on the east trail (a bit pricier). The Estero store is similar to the Bonita store, so check there if you don't find what you're looking for in Bonita. The North Ft. Myers store is bigger, and has what Bonita/ Estero stores have plus office furniture, closet doors, and more!nIf you are nervous about buying furniture second hand, shop here. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Not just reasonable prices but great people who are friendly & helpful. Witnessed 2 kind gentleman who work here help load a heavy piece of merchandise into a elderly mans car. Great store that supports a great cause.

Drove a long distance for a chair that we were originally buying from a resale. Went the next day to buy & saw them loading it on the truck for this location. Came here following morning right after store opened. Saw the chair asked for a price. First Lady was nice and asking a manager for price. She said it would be awhile before she priced it and proceeded to tell us at least $500. It was $400 at the high end resalenShe was so rude and witchy about it. Really, these items are donated, you have a buyer in your store for a specific item and you basically turn them away?!?nWe own businesses and if we had a manager like that, we’d be out of business!!
